From the first day, the owners and management of “TAJ” company have set themselves the major task of providing quality products that have a positive effect on the health of consumers. Activity

“TAJ” is one of the first companies established in Azerbaijan to provide the population with high-quality drinking water. The company was founded in 1997 as a private enterprise and has been successful among consumers for 25 years. Over the years, the company has proven itself as a reliable manufacturer and a trusted partner.

“TAJ” products are produced in accordance with the highest European standards and established norms. High-quality raw materials, modern equipment, advanced technologies and qualified specialists, as well as constant cooperation with local and foreign scientific-research institutes dealing with water purification problems ensure high nutritional value and excellent taste of our products.

Quality of products manufactured by "TAJ" certified by international ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certificates, which are proof of the high quality and safety of the company's products.

The Quality and Food Safety policy is part of the overall development strategy of the company. To achieve its goals, TAJ LLC is guided by the following principles:

  • in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015 - QMS and ISO 22000:2018 FSMS, the measurement, analysis and improvement of the main business processes, management processes and support of the Quality Management System and Food Safety of the company depending on the changing factors of the internal and external environment.

  • Ensuring the competence of personnel through systematic training and provision of information in the field of quality assurance and food safety of products.

  • Continuous examination of customers' needs and expectations to confirm satisfaction with the quality and safety of products, as well as to respond quickly and effectively to complaints and suggestions.

  • Compliance with applicable laws and other regulatory requirements relating to the company's activities, as well as in the field of ensuring the food safety of products.

  • Application of risk-based thinking in the management and optimization of business processes.

  • Development of measures to increase and improve the effectiveness of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, as well as the regular collection and analysis of information on the results of the company's activities.

  • Collaborate and share information with partners, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders on Quality and Food Safety issues. 

The management of “TAJ” LLC assumes responsibility for the implementation of this Policy, bringing it to the attention of company personnel, as well as providing an environment for the achievement of the goals set in the field of Quality and Food Safety.
