Source of water
Caucasian mineral waters are known all over the world and are considered to be of the highest quality. The water used in the production of TAJ company products is extracted from an artesian well located in the virgin forest area of Susaykyshlak village of Khachmaz district of our country, 200 kilometers from Baku. Here the water is reliably protected from biological and chemical pollution from the environment.
The uniqueness of natural water is that nature itself has made it flawless, pure, perfectly balanced with minerals and has a mild flavor. Water passes through layers of ancient rock, slightly mineralized and acquires additional beneficial properties. This water is considered physiologically complete, as it is rich in macro and micronutrients necessary
for the body.
Delivery to the factory
Natural spring water, extracted from a depth of 400 m of an artesian well, is transported to the plant through special thermo tanks and filled in special reservoirs
All tankers, reservoirs, tanks and pipes equipped on the factory area are made of special high quality stainless steel, in order do no harm to the natural mineral composition
of the water.
Before packaging, the water is purified from mechanical impurities, passed through a 3-stage filtration system without changing its composition, neutralized by ultraviolet (UV) bactericidal rays, and bottled in accordance with all sanitary and hygienic norms and rules.
Laboratories
The private laboratories operating at TAJ LLC are the company's greatest pride. Physical-chemical and microbiological laboratories operating in the factory carry out chemical, microbiological and organoleptic control of water at all stages of the production chain, from the entry of raw materials into the factory to the storage of finished products, and ensure compliance of the results of these analyzes with the established standards.
Physical and chemical laboratory - monitors and determines the physical and chemical parameters of the product.
These analyzes include general chemical analysis of water, determination of water hardness and alkalinity, as well as acidity of soft drinks and amount of CO2 gas and etc.
Microbiological laboratory - ensures the verification and determination of microbiological indicators of the product, as well as the safety of the finished product by carrying out microbiological analyses. Microbiological analysis - provides determination of the total amount and type of microorganisms in the product by growing microorganisms in a specific environment.
In particular, it should be noted that the laboratories of the "TAJ" company have passed the accreditation of the Azerbaijan Accreditation Center. This prestigious certificate gives the company's laboratory the right to evaluate the quality and compliance of any water and non-alcoholic beverage products in the territory of Azerbaijan.

Bottling line
The production of “TAJ” products is carried out on the packaging line of the world-famous German company “KRONES”. This equipment allows to produce high quality products. The production process completely eliminates the human factor. All operations are carried out automatically under the full control of the "brain center", which performs the task with German precision. The entire production process, from blowing and filling bottles to automatic packaging of finished products, is completely computer controlled. This technological modernization allowed the company not only to increase the production volume, but also to strengthen the quality control and water treatment system.
Injection line
Unlike other producers of drinking water in Azerbaijan, the “TAJ” company is equipped with production lines for a wide variety of containers and packaging materials of the well-known Canadian company “HUSKY”, which is the world leader in this field. The company produces all packaging materials for its products independently. – bottles are made for 0.5-2 liter, 5, 10, 17 and 20 liter bottles with threaded and dispensing necks, as well as handles and caps for all large containers. Only polyethylene terephthalate granules are purchased for the production of packaging material, the rest of the process takes place in the factory. All packaging materials comply with international standards and norms and are certified in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Flavorings
The excellent taste and high quality of “TAJ” products is ensured by the use of natural juices and flavors made from natural fruits and berries produced by the famous German company “DOHLER”.
